These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Leviev Foundation website (the “Site”) and participation in the Leviev Foundation’s sponsored yeshiva enrollment program (the “Program”). By accessing the Site or applying to the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or participate in the Program.
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Program is open to Jewish families residing in the United States with children currently enrolled in public school and seeking transfer to a Jewish day school or yeshiva.
1.2 Additional eligibility requirements, including documentation and verification, may apply and will be communicated during the application process.
1.3 The Leviev Foundation reserves the right to verify all information provided and to approve or deny applications at its sole discretion.
2. Application Process
2.1 Applicants must complete the online application form and provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
2.2 Supporting documents (e.g., school acceptance letters, proof of Jewish heritage, community references, or financial documents) may be required.
2.3 Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Program.
2.4 The Leviev Foundation may request additional information before making a final determination.
3. Program Benefits
3.1 Approved applicants may receive full or partial tuition sponsorship for one or more children for the specified school year.
3.2 The exact amount, duration, and conditions of sponsorship will be determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated in writing to each approved applicant.
3.3 Sponsorship is non-transferable and may not be converted into cash or other benefits.
3.4 Continued sponsorship may require reapplication or verification for each school year.
4. Applicant Responsibilities
4.1 You agree to cooperate fully with the Leviev Foundation’s staff in the enrollment and transition process.
4.2 You agree to inform the Leviev Foundation promptly of any changes to your child’s school enrollment, contact information, or family circumstances that may affect eligibility.
4.3 You agree not to misuse or misrepresent your participation in the Program for personal or commercial gain.
5. Privacy and Data Use
5.1 Your personal information will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.2 By applying to the Program, you consent to the Leviev Foundation using your information for application review, program administration, and, where applicable, for sharing with partner schools or community organizations directly involved in your child’s enrollment process.
5.3 The Leviev Foundation will not sell your personal information to third parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 The Leviev Foundation is not responsible for any costs, damages, or losses incurred outside the scope of the Program sponsorship.
6.2 While the Leviev Foundation will make reasonable efforts to assist with school placement, it does not guarantee admission to any particular school.
6.3 The Site and Program are provided “as is,” and the Leviev Foundation makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, accuracy, or completeness.
7. Modifications and Termination
7.1 The Leviev Foundation reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
7.2 Any changes will be posted on the Site with the updated effective date.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
